Thank you for visiting the Chalet Samburu website. The location of the Chalet means that it is ideal for holidays both in winter and summer, with plenty to do for both young and old. Set in a fabulously pretty and appealing part of rural alpine France, access is so easy either by air or road. The Chalet is privately owned and we organise all the lettings ourselves.
We offer a really comfortable and well appointed Chalet, at reasonable rates! Changeovers are done by experienced people based nearby. We aim to be as flexible as possible as to number and age of guests. The Chalet has a Rez de Jardin (lower ground floor) with its own separate access and kitchen, which could enable some guests to be self sufficient should they wish. The weather was unusually warm and sunny most of the time and the snow was a little past its best (I think more is forecast this week-end!) but even so we were able to go up high and found enough snow to please everyone! We are now home exhausted but full of happy memories!
